Age Restriction
Welcome to The Village at Highlands Ranch! Located between Cresthill Lane and Quebec Street, just off Gleneagles Village Parkway in Highlands Ranch.
The Village at Highlands Ranch operates as housing designed for persons who are at least fifty-five (55) years old. The community can produce verification of compliance with the requirements of the Housing for Older Person Act 24 CFR Part 100.
With few exceptions, The Village at Highlands Ranch uses the following guidelines:
- Each dwelling must be occupied by at least one person over fifty-five (55) years of age.
- No dwelling may be occupied by a resident younger than eighteen (18) years of age.
- These restrictions apply to any person occupying a dwelling for more than two continuous weeks.
